Salutations! I’m Mari, although I’m not opposed to any other online monikers. I’m a Christian artist from the Philippines that draws mostly for fun, and occasionally for coin. I’m also perfectly sane about my OCs, trust.

➤ By ordering a commission from me, you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following terms of service. Failure to read and abide by them will result in a declined/cancelled commission, and if need be, a public blacklist. Please read everything that follows thoroughly.AS THE ARTIST…» I may change my terms of service and prices anytime I please.» I have the right to decline or cancel a commission, with or without explanation.» I will not tolerate any form of harassment or haggling with my prices.» I have the right to post any commissions I make on my socials or use them as examples, unless the client requests privacy upfront.AS THE CLIENT…» You must be 18+ to order a commission from me.» You may utilize my artwork for personal usage however you’d like, such as using it as your profile picture, social media banner, for physical items, etc.» You are explicitly not allowed to profit off of my artwork via commercial use, such as merchandising, branding, NFTs, etc.» You must not upload my artwork to AI sites for whatever reason, nor do I allow you to trace, edit, or alter it in any way.» You may not claim my artwork as your own. - Light gore and minor injuries (e.g. small cuts/scars, minimal blood, bruises, etc.)
- Platonic interaction art (e.g. characters that are friends, family members, rivals, etc.)❌ I WON’T DRAW…- IRL people
- Sexually explicit or suggestive imagery
- Political topics or propaganda
- Hate speech and profanity
- Complex Mech/Robots
- Scene/Complex backgrounds
- Nudity (doll nudity without visible genitalia is fine)
- Satanic/witchcraft imagery, symbolism, or themes
- Romantic interaction art (e.g. couples, intimate poses, etc.)
- Heavy gore (e.g. exposed internal organs, excessive amounts of blood, detached limbs, etc.)
- Canon Characters (drawn depictions of merchandise with them is fine, however it HIGHLY depends on what media they may be from. Ask beforehand.)
- Whatever else that may go against my Christian beliefs or personal boundaries.Please note that just because I sometimes personally draw things included in my “won’t draw” list, it does not mean that I HAVE to draw them for commission work. Thank you for understanding.─────────────────🪎 PAYMENT TERMS:- I take full payment in USD via PayPal by default. Please do not convert to PHP, I will cover any conversion fees. Kofi is the only alternative payment method I have at the moment.
- If you are ordering from within the Philippines, I’m also willing to accept payment through GCash as a more affordable option. Feel free to ask me for commission prices in PHP if I haven’t listed it somewhere!- For regular commissions, you must only pay in full after a sketch has been sent. Please ensure that you have the sufficient amount of money to pay by the time the sketch is done.
- For kofi commissions, payment is automatically made upfront for each order. I will contact you with a sketch of your commission once I get started on it. If I am to decline your order for any reason, you will be contacted about it and refunded promptly.Whether before or after payment, if you stop responding to me even when I’ve sent multiple updates and still do not communicate within at least one week, I will assume you’ve ghosted me and that you have decided that the commission is canceled.🍄‍🟫 CONTACT INFORMATIONYou may DM me on any of my given socials! I can also send updates through my Kofi if you’re ordering from there, and you can also contact me through my email, [email protected]🕰️ TURNAROUND TIME:My turnaround time highly varies depending on the type of commission and the length of my queue at the time of you ordering. It could take me just a few days, or around 3 months max.
- Please refer to my Trello for regular updates on my progress for your commission, as well as the general status of my workflow or pace.
- You’re more than welcome to ask for updates from me directly if you prefer!
- If I surpass my 3 month limit, I will make sure to communicate that I may need more time, should any situations arise that cause delay.💸 REFUND POLICY:- If I decide that I am unable to complete your commission and have it cancelled for any reason, I will notify you promptly and you will be refunded in full no matter the progress I’ve made.
- However, if you decide to cancel the commission anytime past the sketch phase, I will not be granting any refunds. Please keep this in mind.─────────────────✎ᝰ. WHEN ORDERING A COMMISSION. . .1. Please state the kind of commission you’re asking for, and provide clear details for what you want. Do not just say a random “hi”, “hello”, or “how are you”. I will likely ignore your DM. You are free to use the order form located towards very end of my Terms of Service.2. As much as possible, please provide visual references for your request, especially for things like images of your character’s design, poses, or specific props. You can even use stock images, personal sketches, or simple stickman drawings for it. Anything helps. (This is not strictly mandatory since I can still work with written descriptions, but very appreciated!)3. You are free to ask for as many revisions as you like while your commission is still a work in progress. I usually send updates for the sketch stage only but if I am unsure of the coloring, I’ll send progress on that as well. I will only allow minor changes once the art is finished.4. Keep in mind that the final product and overall commission will only be done in my own personal art style. I am unwilling to replicate other art styles (such as realism, semi-realism, etc.) and therefore what you see in my commission examples is what you will get.5. If you are going to be rude and disrespectful during the commission process, I will cancel the commission and publicly blacklist you.
